Work on the live Irish Life business and retail campus in Dublin city centre: a complete internal refurbishment, alteration and fit-out of a six-storey office building with a total floor area of 7,149 m².
The scope covered demolition of the existing fixtures and fittings, removal and re-installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, new air conditioning, a new fire alarm system and roof plant, new ceilings, partitions, doors and finishes, new sanitary ware and new aluminium windows. The external elevations and facades were cleaned and repaired.
A tenant fit-out ran in tandem with the landlord works, including new cellular offices, doors and tea stations.
