Refurbishment and upgrade of an existing office block, delivered under a BREEAM programme.
Internal demolition, structural alterations to the frame, floors and existing facades, a new lift shaft, new internal walls and ceilings, new roof insulation with fall arrest, new aluminium windows and aluminium wall cladding. The mechanical and electrical installations were extensively remodelled, including Building Management System installation and commissioning.
