Internal demolition, structural alterations to the frame, floors and facades, a new lift shaft and stairwell core, new internal walls and ceilings, floor screeds with underfloor heating, new roof insulation with fall arrest and new PVC and dormer windows. The mechanical and electrical installations were extensively remodelled, including Building Management System installation and commissioning, and surplus and waste material was disposed of appropriately.
