A secure compound of 76 houses, built in three phases. Each building is split into two homes by a partition wall rated for at least 60 minutes of fire resistance and 50 dB of airborne sound insulation, to ISO 717-1. External door locks run on a master-key system.
The compound also has an office block, a clubhouse with a kitchen and swimming pool, and three blocks of apartments.
The warehouse sits on a 5,000 m² site with 900 m² of storage at 5.5 m high and 100 m² of offices. It is the staging point for distributing goods across the DRC. Scope includes the boundary wall, gatehouse, parking, lightning protection, municipal electrical and water connections, septic connection, storm-water management, a backup generator and external lighting.
The cafeteria is a single-storey, 500 m² building on 2,344 m² of land with a commercial kitchen, covered outdoor seating, an entry canopy and a covered walkway to the warehouse.
