Refurbishment of a Grade II* listed airship hangar in Bedford, built in 1916. The floor space is about 20,000 m² and the roof is over 50 m high.
It is a Category A building on English Heritage's Buildings at Risk Register, in the top 6% of important listed buildings in the UK. The works included 45,000 m² of re-cladding and 70,000 m² of re-painting to the structural steelwork.
