Design and construction of a mixed-use building delivered under a BREEAM programme: two retail units of 223 m² and 184 m², two floors of offices at 487 m² per floor, and nine one- and two-bedroom apartments over two floors.
Scope also covered external landscaping, including making good the existing paving and improving Pear Place, with refuse and cycle storage.
