Construction of two buildings, one of two storeys and one of three, each with a basement, plus car parking and landscaping.
Works included CFA piling and spoil removal, bulk excavation for the foundations and basements, a concrete frame, a stone, brick and glazing facade, service ducts, blockwork, stud partitions, roofing, windows and doors, mechanical and electrical works and drainage.
