Refurbishment and upgrade of the sports centre: the sports hall, swimming-pool area, changing rooms and offices.
The work included new roof insulation, new aluminium windows and roof lights, and extensive remodelling of the mechanical and electrical installations, including Building Management System installation and commissioning.
